We’re thrilled with our two SUPs and enjoy letting family and friends take them for a spin on the lake near our home. One of the boards had a tiny leak, so I reached out to Freein with a photo showing that my patch didn’t hold up. They quickly informed me that they would send a replacement for the SUP because of the type of leak, and we’ve already got the new one.

I’m really into my board - can’t get enough of it! It’s super stable, keeps air like a champ, and inflates and deflates without a hitch. Plus, it’s light enough to carry around. I had a rough time with my electric pump when the hose cracked, and the manual pump hose broke too since I was using it with the electric one. But Freein totally backed their stuff and sent me replacements at no cost. You don’t see that kind of customer service every day! I’m sticking with them for good!

I’m really pleased with how well-made the board is. Initially, I got a board from another brand. The paint job was messy, and there was some overspray on the surface. Plus, I noticed glue around the edges. But my Freein SUP is just spot on!

I got the windsurf SUP that comes with a connection for a sail and a center fin. I also picked up an inflatable sail, and while it ain't exactly a pro windsurfing setup, it performed really well and was super fun for a newbie like me! The board is perfect for regular paddleboarding too, and we took it out more than 10 times this summer. The materials are top-notch, it looks fantastic, and it's easy to paddle for long stretches. I did lose a screw, but they sent me several fins and screws free of charge! Their customer service is fantastic, and the product is just great!

I'm really enjoying my board! I mainly use it on rivers, and it's super convenient to toss it and my bike in the car for shuttling up and down the river. It also folds down small enough to fit in the car for family trips. The board feels strong and reliable, though the paddle is a bit on the flimsy side. I might look into getting a better paddle later, but this set is perfect for getting started with paddle boarding.

We’re super pleased with our SUP! Being close to 60, we decided to get an electric pump, and it makes inflating and deflating a breeze. Like others have mentioned, we do have a slight worry about making sure the valve is sealed properly. But honestly, that’s just a minor issue. Overall, we’re loving the sensation of riding the waves on the board! It’s such a wonderful experience!

I picked up the inflatable sup for windsurfing, and honestly, it’s my top choice now. Once you pump it up to 12-15 psi, it feels incredibly sturdy, just like a fiberglass board. I even had to show some buddies at the beach how it inflates to prove it’s an inflatable, lol. The quality of the build is outstanding, and riding this board is a blast. I’m really into this paddle board. Inflating and deflating it is super simple. Plus, it includes a seat, so you can use it as a kayak too. I had my doubts about fitting all my gear in the bag it came with, since it’s often the case that things don’t fit as they should. But I was pleasantly surprised—there’s more than enough space to pack everything back in without a hassle. That was a major win for me. The board feels sturdy and well-constructed.

I couldn't be happier with the performance of the Freein paddle board and the support from the company! When I first received my board, I struggled a bit with getting the pressure up. I reached out to their customer service, and they were super helpful in guiding me through the steps to achieve the right psi. (I later found out from fellow paddlers that all boards need a good amount of effort towards the end of inflation, so I ended up getting an electric pump.) Now, I hit the Lower Salt in Arizona about three times a week, and it's really boosted my mental well-being. Honestly, the Freein paddle board is the best investment I've made in the past few years!

I’m really into our FreeinSUP boards! When I got the first one, I had a Body Glove board already. Honestly, the experience on the Freein board felt way smoother and quicker, so I decided to sell the BG and grab another one. Now my boyfriend and I are all set to race and have fun on the local waters!

I’m totally stoked about the board I picked up! This summer, I’ve taken it out more times than I can remember, whether on calm little lakes or choppier waters. It’s pretty simple to stand on, but I usually just sit and paddle around. Super easy to transport, which was a big reason I chose it since I can’t handle lifting a hard shell board by myself. I also grabbed an automatic pump to go along with it, and I’d definitely suggest that too.

I got my stand up paddle board back in June of '22 and I've been using it a lot since then. What I really dig is that you can sit, stand, or kneel to steer the board wherever you fancy. I've taken it to the beach, the river, and even the springs in Florida. Its portability makes it super easy to load up in my SUV with my cooler and camping gear. Inflating the SUP is a breeze, and it's light enough to carry to the water. My little pup Fergie loves to don her shark life jacket and ride up front! It's such a treat to spot dolphins or manatees while out there. Big thanks for an awesome board at a fantastic price!

It took me 3 weeks to get used to it. I was advised that the hard boards were simpler. Once I figured it out, it felt just like riding a bike. Customer service was awesome; they sent me glue in just 2 days for a pad I slightly messed up. My wife has another brand, but the FreeinSUP is of superior quality and has more features.

We’re super pleased with this board. It’s really tough and easy to carry around. We brought it along on our camping trip and used it daily. It inflates nicely, but you gotta put in a bit of effort to get it fully pumped up. Just remember to use the valve for complete inflation. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of a perfect 5. It’s great not having to stress about an electric pump failing, though. This is a solid product, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

The initial board I got had some serious leaking issues. They were awesome and sent me another one at no cost. Sadly, this one also leaks, especially at the seams... neither of them can keep air overnight, which is a bummer.
